At New Core Pilates, we created this space primarily for women who want strength that feels good, the kind that grows quietly, builds confidence from the inside out, and becomes part of who you are. LILLY DUSCHEN

I am a certified reformer Pilates instructor dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater confidence. With a teaching style that is both encouraging and precise, I focus on form, alignment, and mindful movement to support each client’s individual goals! I am a former college soccer player, and a soccer coach. I love all kinds of exercise to get your body moving and feeling good! My goal is to welcome all clients into a fresh, uplifting space where community, wellness, and growth come together!

FAQs

  • Pilates uses controlled movement and breath to strengthen and align the body, often with equipment like the reformer for added resistance and support.

  • Not at all. At New Core Pilates Club, our classes are built for every level — from total beginner to experienced Pilates-lovers. Our certified instructor will guide you every step of the way, helping with form and modifications so you feel confident and safe, no matter your starting point.

  • Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks are optional for Reformer classes (we’ll have them available to purchase if you don’t own a pair yet). Bring water to stay hydrated. We provide all equipment.

  • Consistency matters more than intensity. For noticeable improvements in posture, strength, alignment, and mobility, 2–3 classes per week is ideal. Even once a week can be beneficial, especially if you’re easing into movement.

  • Absolutely. We offer drop-in classes.

  • One of the biggest benefits of Pilates is its focus on core strength, mobility, balance, and alignment, all of which support better posture and relief from tension or discomfort caused by long hours sitting or repetitive movement.   • You can expect guided instruction, an introduction to the equipment, and movements tailored to your experience and comfort level. Arrive early so we can get you oriented!

  • Yes! Pilates can be adapted for many conditions.   • To cancel your membership, please log into your account using the Log Into Your Account button in the footer and manage your subscription directly from there.

    To pause your membership, please contact the studio directly. You must provide 14 day notice to pause your membership. Please note: Members can pause their membership once within 12 months, for up to 3 months.

  • To keep classes fair and accessible for everyone, we have a 2-hour cancellation window.

    Cancellations

    • You may cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before class starts with no fee.

    • If you cancel within 2 hours of class start time, you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

    No-Shows

    • If you do not attend class and do not cancel your reservation, you will be charged a no-show fee.

    Why this policy exists

    New Core Pilates offers small class sizes. When you reserve a spot, you’re holding one of a limited number of spaces that another member could use.

    • A no-show prevents someone else from taking that spot altogether.

    • A late cancellation often doesn’t give enough time for another person to book and attend.
